The Royal City of Amarna

Day 1
From Cairo, you will board your van for the drive to Minia. If time permits you may stop along the way to see the pyramids at Dashur and Meidum. Upon arrival in Minia you will check into the Aten Hotel, on the Nile River.
O/N (Overnight) - Aten Hotel, Minia.
‍Day 2
‍After breakfast and a 90 minute drive, you will spend the entire day at Tel el Amarna, site of the heretic King Akenaten's city of Aketaten (Horizon of the Aten). Visit the Southern Tombs with the Tomb of the High Priest Ay (later King Ay), the main town, the central palace, the Small Aten Temple and the Great Aten Temple. After a snack lunch, on your own, you will be taken along the new road up the Royal Wadi to visit the Tomb of Akhenaten. Return to Minia for dinner and the night.

‍Day 3
‍In the morning you will visit the cliff-faced, Middle Kingdom tombs at Beni Hassan. Several of the best-preserved tombs are open to visitors and the view of the Nile is spectacular. If time permits you might be able to squeeze in a visit to Speos Artemidos, a rock cut chapel built by King Hatshepsut. You will then return to Cairo, where you will check into your Hotel.

Day 4
‍You will either transfer to the airport for your flight home or join your tour.

Baharia Oasis & the Golden Mummies

Day 1
‍From Cairo you will be driven by private van to the Oasis where you will see the Sulfur springs, the Mountains of Deset and El Magrafa, the 19th century British House, and the ancient Egyptian and Libyan graffiti at El Zabw.
O/N (Overnight) - Hot Spring Hotel
‍Day 2
‍Today you will visit the archeological sites at the Oasis including the tombs dating back to the 26th dynasty, the Greco-Roman monuments and the ruins of the temple of Alexander the Great. You will also visit the tomb of Amenhotep-Hewy, governor during the late 18th Dynasty. The highlight will be a visit to the museum housing some of the mummies from the "Valley of the Golden Mummies." Drive through the Black Desert, enjoy the Crystal Mountain and plant fossils, the White Desert, and an Egyptian style, outdoor BBQ.

‍Day 3
‍After a sunrise breakfast you start your short Safari Tour of the White Desert where you will visit the Magical Spring and explore the surrounding area. After your return to Cairo, the remainder of the day is free.

‍You will either transfer to the airport for your flight home or join your tour.

1. Realizing that there might be people in your party that do not want to dive, the dive package, including equipment, is priced separately at $350 per person.

3. There is a $ 250 fee if you want to guarantee that you will have a private tour extension.

St Catherine's Monastery and Sinai

Day 1
‍From Cairo you will fly to Sharm el Sheik where you will transfer to your hotel on the Red Sea. Your day is free after your arrival.

‍Day 2
‍Drive to St. Catherine's Monastery and overnight at St. Catherine Plaza. You will need to go to bed early because of a very early morning tomorrow.

‍Day 3
‍This morning you will rise at about midnight and hike up Mt. Moses to visit the spot where it is said that God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. After your descent you will visit the monastery at the base of the mountain before driving back to Sharm el Sheik.

‍Day 4
‍You are free to enjoy the beauty of Sharm el Sheik until your evening flight back to Cairo.

‍You will either transfer to the airport for your flight home or join your tour.

Timeless Jordan & Petra

Day 1
‍This morning you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Jordan, where you'll be met and transferred to your private car. Head for Petra traveling the crusader route, along the way visit the Crusader fortress and other points of interest. Upon your arrival, check into your hotel located directly outside the entrance to the Rose Red City of Petra.
O/N (Overnight) - Movenpick, Petra
‍Day 2
‍Petra can be reached only by passing through a narrow gorge. This morning you will begin to explore. Besides the Treasury, you will have the opportunity to visit the High Place, Monastery, Amphitheater, Roman-style palace Tomb, and other sights that this amazing city has to offer.
O/N - Movenpick, Petra
‍Day 3
‍You will continue to explore Petra, spending all day in the "Rose Red City" visiting the sites you were unable to see yesterday.

‍Day 4
Today you will drive back to Amman where you will make an excursion to Jerash, the beautifully preserved and restored Greco-Roman provincial city. Jerash, only a 30-minute drive from Amman, has three amphitheaters, two Roman baths, a hippodrome and several temples. There are still the remains of shops which sold silk, jewelry, wine and spices. You will catch a late afternoon flight to Cairo.
